## RFA against Sub Court decree – Ernakulam

Lost a money / property / declaration suit in Sub Court, Ernakulam and need first appeal.

ForumRent Control Court (feeder) → Appellate Authority (S.18) → revision under S.20: District Court where the appellate authority is a Subordinate Judge, High Court in other cases; no intermediate revisional tier.

## Transfer petition under Section 24 CPC – shifting a civil case between courts

Suit / appeal / proceeding pending in a court where trial is inconvenient, or connected matters are spread across courts and need consolidation.
