## Paddy-land 27A (Form-6) – Kerala Conservation Act

Land in data-bank / revenue records as paddy – need permitted use change.

## Paddy-land 27B – Farhana principles

RDO order on change of nature of unnotified land (Sec.27A) – rejection or conditions – need the Sec.27B appeal.

What it involvesAppeal against the RDO's Sec.27A(2) order to the District Collector; alternate-remedy rule for writs (Farhana Latheef).

Relevant lawSec.27B of the 2008 Act – appeal to the District Collector within 30 days of receipt of the RDO's Sec.27A(2) order; order in appeal final and not challengeable in civil court; Farhana Latheef v. ## Kerala Land Reforms Act revision – CRP(LR) before the High Court
