P2P crypto fraud Kerala – UPI paid, USDT never released / account frozen as mule

P2P order paid by UPI; seller never released coin; or buyer's own bank frozen.

On-chain reversal is not available – off-ramp freeze is the practical path.

Ransomware / data-encryption extortion – clinic / shop / startup system locked

Systems encrypted; demand in crypto for key; business halted.
